Where do you deliver?


Your beef will arrive in insulated boxes with freezer packs to keep everything frozen and protected during transit.

Our packaging is designed to maintain temperature for a period after delivery, even if you’re not home at the time.

We recommend unpacking your order and placing all items into your freezer as soon as possible after delivery.

For best quality and food safety please ensure your order is not left out for more than 1 hour after delivery in summer or 2 hours after delivery in winter.


Why do you use a monthly delivery system?

Because we’re a small, single sourced beef operation. This allows us to ensure consistent, high quality product; reduce unnecessary storage and handling; keep things sustainable and intentional.


Can I request a custom delivery outside of these scheduled runs?

At this stage, we are sticking to our scheduled monthly drops to keep things running smoothly.

However, if you’re ordering in bulk or organising a group order, feel free to reach out - we’re always open to trying to get good meat on plates!


We deliver the meat frozen to lock in freshness, quality and flavour at its peak.

By freezing the beef at the right time the integrity of the meat is preserved from paddock to plate, it also gives you flexibility at home so you can enjoy your beef at your own pace.
